Feels low back pain sometime.
She feels low back pain while lying down on bed and also sometime when she walk. She is having weight around 68 kg having height 5 ft. She is having extra weight.is this because of over weight??.so how can she control this? She doesn't feel pain during walking after Bilateral TKR surgery. Pls provide your suggestions on this. Thanks!

Check vitamin d level and check for osteoporosis. She will do better with back muscle strengthening exercises. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury.

It's mostly muscular pain. She needs back muscles strengthening exercises. On a regular basis. It will get cured.
