I have fallen from stairs and my left hand elbow joints have left its place. Is it possible to get it correct without operation. I have the x ray as well.

I played kabaddi game before 6 month n I got injured on right arm shoulder I visited to doctor n was on medical treatment but my shoulder injury not improved yet I feel pain when I through something with force

I got two bone fractures in palm and doctor put a plaster and after taking xray the bones were not joined properly. Doctor said it will be ok do excercise and no need for any surgery. I dont have any pain.

I am having pain along the side of my palm area below my thumb in my left hand. I have been feeling it from long time but it used to pain sometimes earlier. Pain is becoming continuous these days.

I have recently started cycling as an exercise due to my increasing weight. I usually cycle in the night as I'm busy during the day. After I have started cycling I'm experiencing certain amount of inability to climb stairs. After climbing 2 -3 floors I'm unable to climb with the speed I use to. It's neither pain nor exhaustion that stops but a different feeling in my knees. Please help
