AVN on both femoral heads(right side stage III and left side stage II) Please guide me for a non-surgical treatment.

It was dislocated two years ago and now I'm facing a problem of pain badly and when I go to sleep it pain so much. And while writing too.

Due to slip in home full body weight is put on left shoulder after having X-ray we came to know that there is shoulder dislocation.
