I had an ACL reconstruction surgery and meniscetomy in Dec 2016. I have followed the prescribed physiotherapy and recently, started basic workout. During one session, I had some pain and underwent MRI. Scan shows complete tear of reconstructed ACL, bucket-handle tear of medial meniscus and complex tear of lateral meniscus. Is it even normal after more than one year of the surgery and please suggest what should I do next?

I have been facing foot pain from 1 week. I dint face any injury and this pain i am facing all of a sudden.. i did uric acid test and it has come normal. When i use pain killers like zerodal it will be fine but i experience pain after 3-4 hrs. There is no swelling as well. Could you please suggest what will be the problem. I am a sportsperson, during a cricket match i dived to take a catch and landed on my soulder, later on same day i bowled with high speed arm swing, next day there was high shoulder pain and nearly nill movement in soulder. Its been almost a month and i am still in pain. Regularly massaging my soulder with pain relief cream but there is still some pain left. Please help.
