The bone pain has improved slightly but it still pains at night.How long will it take for pain to go completely and what else can i do

About three weeks ago my tailbone started aching and hurting, the pain has become very severe. I didn’t fall or do anything to injure it. The pain goes away when I sit on soft surfaces but as soon as I sit on a hard chair or bench the pain comes back. It hurts awfully to stand up from sitting, to sit and even walk now, I don’t know what to do about this pain.

I had an gerd issue & severe cough 3 months ago. after that i started to feel a blunt pain in sternum & manubrium. after taking ppi medicine it went away. but i still feel the blunt pain sternum & manubrium. my x ray report is absolutely normal. my dr asked me to take uprise d3 once a week(60k). what to do sir? also a blunt pain in upper back. help
