Sir myself Sanjay , From 3-4 days ago pain started at the bottom of my right side of chest ,just at bottom of rib cage . Now the pain is increasing regularly on sneezing etc.

Please consult a general surgeon. Rib cage pain comes under Orthopedic domain but not the pain in hypochondrial region. A surgeon will be the best guide.
