Pain starting from right side of chest

Asked for Male, 34 Years

I am facing the pain starting from right side of the chest to back side of the chest during large breathing in and out.. If i stay normal there is no pain.. And also i am having burning sensation on the back when i laydown.. Please help me..

U have to be examined for your issue. This pain is since how many days?? Is it followed by any trauma ?? Is it dermatomal distribution ?? Is there any burning sensation ?? On deep breathing it gives a catching sansation ??
