Severely sprained foot, not ankle, 2 weeks ago: went to urgent care, not broken via xray. RICE for the first 72+hours, and have stayed off of it via crutches. Just started being able to slightly bear weight on my heel. I’m finding that when I stand for 15+ minutes my foot turns a dark reddish color and has a slow blood return rate when pinching my big toe. I am also unable to curl my 3 littlest toes now

I am able to lift things and rotate my left wrist but cannot easily stretch my wrist fully backwards without pain nor able to do push ups, suggest whats the problem

My mom (47yr old) is suffering from shoulder pain from 30days, as we consulted Orthopaedist yesterday we got know that it's Adhesive Capsulitis. He gave some medicines and adviced her to get Physiotherapy for 7-8 times. Since hospitals are too far from my place (village), Can the Physiotherapy be compulsorily done in hospital only ? or can it be done in home? If so how to do it? Kindly give us a best advice. My tailbone still has a horrible pain when standing up, sitting and walking. The pain went away for a few days when I wasn’t in school sitting in the hard chairs, now that I sat on the hard chairs again the pain is back, bad as before. Will this pain ever go away? Will I ever be able to sit on a hard surface again?
