Bone & Muscle problems

My ankles, wrist, fingers and finger tips are paining me and getting swollen. Even at times the whole hand pains me and i cant sleep at night. Was ask to do a sugar test and the result is 3.86mmol/L. what does that mean.

I am 18 years old, male, 5 foot 8 inches tall and recently noticed that one of my shoulders sits nocibly lower (about an inch or so) than the other and further forward. Then when running a hand down my spine it can be felt that the spine bends slightly between the shoulder blades. Should i seek professional medical help?

I'm having pain in my right ankle joint since past 2 weeks. From last 3-4 days I can see some swelling as well. I don't remember injuring my ankle anywhere. One morning I woke up and suddenly felt sharp pain just below the ankle ball joint. Pain is worse in the morning, I'm not able to walk properly.

I had ligament-ACL reconstruction surgery done in 2007. 2 titanium screws were placed. Till date , i cannot kneel down due to pain. A physio looked at x-rays & told screws are restricting options. I clearly like the idea of going for surgery again if it would improve my flexibility. Please suggest benefits vs risks.

My knee had swollen suddenly and I do not recall any immediate injury. As there is no injury doctor advised for MRI as normal x-ray would not be of any help.MRI report suggest following. Would like to know if Arthroscopy is required. Report Impression:  Flap tear along inferior aspect and inner margin of posterior horn of medial meniscus. Horizontal tear in posterior body and adjacent posterior horn of medial meniscus with small flap component of horizontal tear extending inferiorly to involve tibial articular surface in posterior horn. Grade 2 signal in rest of the body of meniscus. Mild cartilage thinning along inferior weight bearing su rface of medial femoral condyle. Focal areas of chondromalacia in midportion of the lateral tibial condyle and mid-portion of medial patellar facet. Rest of the cartilage along tibiofemoral and patellofemoral joint compartment appears normal. Focal area of bone marrow oedema in mid-portion of medial tibial condyle. Mild joint effusion.

I have severe pain behind my heel while walking when I lift my legs. Would like to what could be the issue

The dull pain radiates down my calve and I can’t walk well on it and my knee hurts walking up the stairs. I would also like to add that my ankle has a very dark vein on and is swollen and hurts a bit, I don’t know if this pain is because of that but the pain is mostly in my knee. My toes are also going numb in both feet sometimes

I am a 20years old who is diagnosed with osteoporosis. Recently I have been getting really sharp pain in my bones especially my neck and my knees when I sit or bend them for too long.
