Hello.. You need to lose weight at a very slow pace since your still in the growing years.. Try avoiding junk and fast food..oily food...have more of salads fresh fruits and vegetables... Avoid fizzy drinks..have kow on carbohydrates and more on proteins and fibre.. Engage yourself in a min of 30 min outdoor physical activity of your choice...am sure youl reduce
