There is pain in my both the knee joints and my ankle is foot is also getting swelled often. Not able to Bend my knees. Or rotate me left ankle they are o pain full.

You can be suffering from arthritis due to inflammation of joints. There are numerous causes of such pain and swelling due to arthritis.  Better to consult some orthopaedic surgeon or rheumatologist.  Medicines can be started after appropriate diagnosis
