Right now she have been suffering from a back pain, spreading from middle and low back to just below the rib-cages..An X-Ray report diagnosed ' Lumber Spondylosis'...I need a immediate suggestion..

Dear Sir/ madam, Lumbar spondylosis is more symptomatically treated. So better consult an orthopaedician for medications and an orthopedic physiotherapist for treatment and progressive exercise regime
