Back pain ortho
Hi am getting back pain sometimes it fine and some time I can't move myself like very seviour pain in left side of back and hip as well.please suggest

It should be assessed by a physiotherapist  as it can be a pain due to nerve compression which generally occurs in disc bulge case.. Sometimes travels down the leg.

Hey sir Your spine getting weak or with low density of calcium in bone and weak core and surrounding muscle. So you need to visit physiotherapist clinic for your all correction.

accordingly in my opinion information is incomplete. you need to be examined and assessed completely to get to the root cause of your pain and then customize the treatment protocol.

Dear friend I think the pain is not in the center of your back........ If it's little left........ Than you might be having SI stiffness which is very common........ Don't worry visit a good physio.......

In my opinion u need to go for physiotherapy sessions...IFT / US / hot pack....For dry needling technique need to examine u first... u can take tab. Mecofol plus before bed time...take care get well soon Regards
