Back and hip pain
Back pain between L3,L4 spreading to the hip bones, numbness in the hands, hip area. Problem started almost 5 months ago, we have seen multiple ortho and neuro doctors but no solution yet. I can share the mri films If needed. Attached is the mri scan report.

You have Cervical and lumbar disc disease with radiculopathy along with a ovarian cyst ? Hemorrhagic.. Need further evaluation...Have you undergone Physiotherapy earlier ?

Physical Examination and Plan on further Management It's equally important to get treated for the ovarian cyst..

You have a significant disc problem. If it is not getting resolved with medication then surgery is appropriate for you. Even Overy showing cyst so get a Gynecologist opinion too for that
