I have back pain since a very long time before it was normal if I rest it could go but if I bent or do work standing for few minutes my back start pain. I have pain in my middle back I can't sit without support if I stress my back it hurts nd now even if rest it doesn't go away because of my back pain I do have pain in my knees and I a just 21 year old I have vitamin D problem nd hemoglobin i am taking median of vitamin d
