My mother is having a severe knee pain for long time.. I brought her to hospital and they suggested to take  MRI scan . Cos Doctor assumption is there might be cartilage Damage inside .. .can anyone help Me with the below report and assist whether knee hole surgery to fix the cartilage is required?

At age of 5 I got bitten by some daedly reptiles on right hand wrist, the doctor team had done good job and saved my life, due to which there was a wound on my right hand wrist, doctor team decided to heal it as soon as possible, I remember that everyday I have to go for dressing the wound they had applied the wooden scale so that I cannot move my wrist and the healing process was fast, but after wound healing was successful now I cannot move my wrist toward bicep or finger cannot cover wrist.

Hello, i have a disc herniation problem since past 8-10 months. Right now the backpain is not there but the leg pain has started since last week, which is i guess Sciatica. I have consulted many doctors regarding this. I have got mixed reviews. Some says that you have to go for surgery but many says that it will get recover by doing physiotherapy. The pain in leg stays ony for 3-4 hours in the morning, rest of the day its nothing.! What exercise should i do? Can i do swimming or cycling? I have attached MRI scans also. What else should i do??!
