Cervical lordis is lost.Normal alignment of cervical vertebrae is maintained. C2-3 to C5-6 discs are partially desiccated.Fairly large broad based globular posterior and right subarticular disc extrusion is Seen at c5-c6 level indenting the right anterolateral thecal sac and impinging upon existing right C6 nerve root
Remaining intervertebral disc do not reveal significant bulges or protrusions
Cervical vertebrae reveal normal marrow signal posterior elements are normal
Cord is normal insignal

If you got only neck pain Physio will help you, if you got both neck and upperlimb pain you try with physio first - mostly you might require nerve root block - if it not helping you might require surgery
