Pain on cervical vertebrae
First i felt left shoulder pain and i then i restricted my neck movement by using neck brace... now i am feeling pain on a cervical vertebrae when touching it...i think it is c6 or may be c7 ...what i can do..and should i use neck brace ?

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Fomentation with warm water. You can use soft cervical collar for neck support. Apply pain relief spray and warm water bags. Do not bend the neck forward for long Restrict usage of mobile phone.

It's probably a neck muscle spasm if it is for last few days only.
