Such an extensive involvement at your age is highly unusual assuming you don't have a family history of arthritis. Physiotherapy with TENS alongwith medicines prescribed by an Orthopedic surgeon should help in the short term. There is a great risk of recurrent exacerbation of symptoms at a later date, which may require surgery if the pain is unbearable or you develop weakness of the limbs. Kindly post MRI images if possible.
