Cervical pain
Hi, My name is Naresh I am 37 years old. During working hours I have to sit infront of couputer. I am having pain in right shoulder and neck so I get my Cervical Xray done. Report is as follows: 1. Loss of cervical lordosis is seen 2. Osteophytes formation is seen in C4-C6 vertebra 3. IV disk spaces are maintained. 4. Prevertebral soft tissues appear normal.

Hi, main treatment is physio IFT first then neck muscle strengthening exercises. Consult orthopaedic doctor to make sure shoulder is fine. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury

do isometric neck exercises..and wear cervical soft collar..and..tab:ultracet morning after breakfast..tab:pregaba m at bedtime for 2-3 wks.

Hello Mr. Naresh, firstly start with hot fomentation of neck and shoulders with Ultrasonic therapy and mobilisation exercises to relax neck and shoulder muscles.
Next Steps
do some neck strengthening as well as shoulder girdle strengthening exercises regularly.
Health Tips
do chin tucking exercises while sitting in front of computer. take frequent breaks between work to stretch your neck and arms.adjust your table so as you need not bend your neck and protrude your neck forwards. while working your arms should be rested on arm rest or table. these ergonomic changes will certainly help.
