Cervical pain
I am suffering from cervical frm the last 4-5 years. realli want to get rid of cervical pain permanently. Is there any treatment for it.

Postures correction must. Avoid computer work. Neck stretching exercises. Full extension of spine. Avoid toward bending. Hot fermentation twice a day.

Dear friend Visit to a good physio clinic and take few sittings....... And they will tell you few neck exercises depending upon your pain......

Neck Exercises. Neck Stretching. Postural Correction. Shoulder Shrugs. Take frequent Breaks at work. Core Strengthening Exercises. Use cervical pillow. Use Back Support. Self Massage the back of neck

Head and neck pain is may be due to disc prolapse... Disc dessication means that in the cartilage between vertebrae I.e intervertebral disc there is loss of fluid which is early degenerative change...For pain relief give rest to hand as due to over use muscle inflammation occurs which could press on nerves and cause pain... Consult spine surgeon once...
