Initially the pain started as random aches below breast on both sides and also in the mid back on bra line. But over past one week the pain increaed and feels like a pressure or something heavy in upper back and localised aches also felt in areas near shoulder blades corner of shoulder and neck sides.the pain startes after sometime of waking. The pain is not seen when i lie or sleep. Female 30 years

Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.
It seems to be muscular spasm as you have described but it is always better to examine and then go further with the management. You might need to get some x rays as well if required. Then some physiotherapy and muscle relaxants would help if it's just muscular spasm
