Hi, I am suffering from Backache near left upper shoulder since a week. X-ray attached. The pain is minimal now. Please suggest

Nothing to be worried about. Probably long standing bad posture at the neck is giving you these symptoms. Please read my blog on low back ache. this will solve most of your queries. Visit your orthopaedic and physiotherapist for necessary treatment. Xrays are absolutely perfect. Needs nothing to be done. Lifestyle changes, posture correction, exercises will help in long run.

Hi, consult orthopaedic doctor. You probably need physio. If there is only neck pain it will settle with physio. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury. Consult Dr Gautam Tawari in Mumbai- shoulder specialist
