When i move my thumb upward and downward there is sound of up nd down of bone like crack sound nd pain due to which i m not able to move my wrist downward which cause pushed pain so plz tell me solution and reason for this cause and from last 2months its hpning and main thing is that when i give rest to my wrist then it give tooo much pain if i m wrking then its some ok so tell me solution plzzzz its urgent

Mri report findings indicated - 'There is evidence of STIR increased signal intensity noted at calcaneal attachment of fibres of Achilles tendon associated with calcaneal spur', with following impressions- ' Tendinitis changes at calcaneal attachment of fibres of Achilles tendon with spur formation.Rest of the study is essentially normal'.
