Having knee pain from the last 8 years. Having problem while walking. Unable to squat or sit folding the legs. Need to heal 100%. Doc advised the above medicine n treatment. Will it cure 100% and can I get back to sports to pursue my career. Please advice.

Fell and injured my forearm last night. It hurt immediately after the fall, it is swollen on the outer side of my arm (just below my elbow), it is extremely bruised and tender to touch. Cannot bend my wrist 90 degrees down or up, and moving it side to side is sore as well. Cannot type or hold my phone, and it feels very tight and a bit numb where the injury occurred. It is just badly bruised? I did not hear a snap or grinding when I fell, so I doubt its actually broken.
