Bone & Muscle problems

Recently i went abroad. I was on a 7 hour flight and 4 hours of road trip back to back. When i lay on the bed i could feel pain in my lower back and the pain continued whenever i would sit. When i came back home i applied volini.. but came no help.. i searched online and what i think that's a muscle strain in sacral area of backbone.. kindly help..

I am having neck pain and left side scapular muscle pains from a very long time .I am currently visiting a physiotherapist.according to her my scapular mucscle are completely weak and neck muscles are stiff and i've multiple trigger points.my concern is my pain is not getting much better.My cervical spine doesn't look so normal it has a little buldge from exterior. so she asked me consult a orthopaedic and do a spine xray.i would like to know what scans and x-ray should I do and how do i figure out the root cause of my neck and scapular muscle pain.

I was sufring frm pain too puch when i move my wrist downward it cause pain at right side wrist pain and there was also cracking or clicking sound in wrist when i move my thumb and then i got injection in wrist of steoroid now after 5 days my pain is gone i m able to move my wrist freely without pain but cracking sound which occur only when i wake up otherwise its some ok so tell me how can i get relief from cracking sound....

I have pain in my index toe where the metatarsal phalange meets the proximal phalange. The pain started about a month ago and it hasn’t stopped. The pain is worse when I walk, run, or other activities as such. I am a three sport athlete participating in track, volleyball, and basketball, but I don’t remember injuring my toe. Any ideas what may be wrong and how to treat it?

Hi. I fell on the ice flat on my back a few weeks ago. I blacked out for a moment. Last several days I have lower right side back pain. It runs straight to my middle section of my back. When I get up. It feels like something is pulling on my lower muscles. Pressure on my spine. I have taken over the counter meds. Not much help.

She noticed some pain while walking before 4-5 months but she some how bearing the pain and walking . But the pain went over her threshold level . Then she went to a doc in her village.he adviced her for an operation in both the legs.all the x-rays have been submitted , kindly help me with a specialist point of view and diagnosis and with a proper available treatment..

Upper part of Shoulder near neck is getting pain i.e. It is continuing since last 6 month. Also there is swelling always. There is nothing found in X-ray. Need expert Advice on this

Currently having pain in right leg ankle inner side without any reason. Has slight swelling also. Able to walk now. Also i had pain in the same ankle for many years intermittently. May be few days once 2 or 3 months for many years. I managed with the pain, upto this time without much care. But now i got pain at inner side of the same ankle. Please advice.
