Bone & Muscle problems

I am 32 year old , i fell on slope on 18th jan 2018,got my ankle bent towards outside , had swelling and pain , did consult dr, x ray was normal , he prescribed rest , ice , elevation of leg , NSAID ...but due to kids i cldnt take proper rest . Its been long it still have mild pain and swelling...joint is very stiff...it hurts during morning after i stand ..pain and stiffness while rotation ..kindly do the needful

Having more back pain , muscle pain with knee pain. If I walk some distance feeling like no energetic in my body. So what should I do for recovery

Dear doctor, I am 26 years. My job profile is desk (computer)job. Since 2 years i am suffering ankle pain and knees pain(mild). Since one year i am facing my neck stiffness. And  recently 2 months back onwards mild pain comming on my lower spine left side. Here important thing is that all pain are occures only when i wake up in the morning. And there after(usually 15 minutes) it will gone automatcally. Means when i feels relaxed some time after this pain are comming. I was tested low levels of vitamin-D which is 6.93 mg/dl.only. recently i consulted one more doctor he suggested me that to test HLA-B27 TEST.what is this test?

I'm recently suffering from severe left knee pain... I also observe swelling in knee area. Also the leg is affected with varicose veins around knee. Is this pain associated with arthritis? Or need to consult orthopedic doctor? What else should I do to get a permanent remedy ?

I have soft tissue calcification in my left leg , mri scan report attached, shown to a renowned orthopedic in kolkata after examination he told me it is not that much critical and also not cancerous told to do fnac and to give ice pack and to do exercises as shown to me, doctor's prescription is also attached pls suggest your views and medicines to reduce the inflammation

My left ankle has been swollen up for sometime now. Also my right leg calf muscles are aching since more than a week now. Taking myospaz as of now. And applying Volini gel.

I feel lower back pain occassionally when I get up or bend down to pickup something. I also feel this pain when I get up from sleep if the surface I was sleeping has some depression in it.
