Bone & Muscle problems

Swimming caused muscle cramp which led to severe pain in back and great suffering...plz guide me that which doctor will be suitable for me either Orthopedic or Acupuncturist.

Last month Feb 5, I have tripped and fell on road. Got a small injury and I was unable to fold my leg because of pain gradually the pain gone everything looked like fine but when I started running it was paining like hell , today also my leg got stuck in laptop cable when I tried to pull my leg experienced a horrible pain that too lasts less than a minute . Please help me with this .

For about 5 months I’ve been having on and off calf pain, I have seen my GP and recieved a full physical and blood work that was normal. Also had a ultrasound to rule out blood clot. It’s not a extreme pain maybe like 4/5 out of 10 but very annoyng. My chriropractor says it’s sciatica. It’s not all the time sometimes it’s worse after a work out, sometimes not, sometimes it happens when I’m sitting or laying, I can’t pinpoint it. I’m 30 years old 5,4 135 lb and healthy.

Sir my MRI report says that there r multilevel bulges at level L3-s1as follows.LEVEL L3-L4 difuses anular bulges indenting the anterior thecal sac an causing bilateral mild forminal narowing.level L4-L5 difuses anular bulges an indenting the anterior thecal sac an causes moderate focal canal narowing measures in 7mm in Ap diameter.level L5-S1 difuses anular bulges an indenting the anterior thecal sac an causes the mild focal canal narowing measures in 7.8mm in Ap diameter.
