Considering your age, your symptoms can be managed with physiotherapy treatment in the form of: - Electromodalities for pain relief - Neurodynamic stretches to relax the nerve if it is strained - Postural correction - Strengthening of spine muscles Often the spine symptoms tend to get aggravated due to prolonged duration sitting position. Maintain proper posture, takes breaks every few hours during work.
