Is it advisable / How safe is it to go for epidural injection for spinal nerve root compression? Are there any risks we need to be aware of? How long will the effects last and do such injections have to be repeated? We would like to know if there are any other alternatives to treating this condition. Plz find attached the MRI summary and doctors prescription for injection. Thank you in advance.

It's been 5months I left my gym, due to my regular(not so heavy)diet (note: I have a very low metabolic rate) and excessive sleep I gained weight (69kg) now it's been 5days I started my workout including running n better diet but I started getting pain in my shin area n knees as well. Im feeling weakness in my legs now I cannot figure out what is really the reason behind this? Calcium or any other deficiency? Im also going through a certain level of depression plus there is stress please guide me to take right treatment

For the Longest time, it seems I'm completely unable to walk straight. My body seems to orient to the right side. When I'm walking down a Hall at school, I always wind up slamming into the lockers or people on my right side. My feet also tend to take each other's positions. Like, instead of moving my left foot- my RIGHT foot steps in front of the left, and my left tries to go right, causing me to trip over myself.

The left hand is paining. How many days should we keep hot fomentation while pain in hand. Increasing and affecting the pain to whole hand.

Knee pain since three weeks I went to doctor and they prescribed PRESTIFLAM-MR, When taken 2 times my face became redness then I stopped but on knee pain has gone.

My mother has continuous pain in her arms, stiffness and numbness in the veins. She is unable to figure out is there is something with bones or nerves. Kindly provide suggestions and doctor I can consult regarding the same.
