I am a software engineer and mine is mainly a sitting  fo long hours job. Iam suffering from lower back pain since 1.5 yrs now. It comes and goes. Last two times i consulted doctor. They set it will be cured with stretches and exercises. It worked and had gone. Since last 2 months, I feel stretches is also not reducing (though not able to do very regularly). Could you please help/suggest ?

After a failure intramedullary nail surgery, I had an ilizarov surgery after cutting out about 3cm of femur and lengthening those 3cm again in one surgery. but this surgery also failed with the old fracture but not the lengthening. so I had another try with ilizarov but with a bone grafting after cutting of about 7cm from the femur with no lengthening and it worked. my question is "what is my options to get those 7cm back since the femur has 26 holes in place of each nail of ilizarov?"

Whats the difference between Neorelax MR and Neorelax MR8?Are both same?Can i use any of both?

My mother is suffering from knee joint pain , X-ray shows that there is a lack of lubricant in the knee joints and due to which the the bones are colliding and causing severe pain and swelling even very hard to walk . Any particular medicine or any prescription could be very useful please help in this regard. My mother is not diabetic .

2.5 month injury was neglected, not rest at all.. Got bit pain always. Not felt confident at all. MRI Conclusions, 1. T2 PDFS hyper intensityIn fibers of ACL - P/O High grade partial tear. 2. Grade III signal in posterior horn of medial meniscus, reaching upto articular surface - P/O Tear. 3. Abnormal signal noted in Literal collateral ligament near its femoral attachment - P/O Tear. 4. Mild Supra patellar effusion. Want help, does this injury heal naturally.? Or.? I'm 32 years.. on Desk Job..
