While doing practice for state police i got injury due to which I am unable to run and do practice - help me with the medicines or injection which can cure my injury as this is my last chance for state police competition. Can my knee issue get resolved? pls suggest

I am feeling pain since 7 days in bone of my right feet (backside above heel). This is more prominent while standing or walking for long. Also, feeling burning tired legs after just 10 min of walk. But this somewhat better now. Howver, pain in backside bone of my bright feet is still prominent. No pain in no motion state. Pls suggest.

I have a operation for Achilles tendon repair five weeks before. Currently my leg is in a cast. As per the doctor cast will be removed after 6th week. But I am not sure if i will be given a cam walker boot or not . Can you please suggest when I will start walking. I am little scared that if I will start walking without any support(boot) my Achilles tendon may re raptured. Please suggest.

I've been suffering from heel and knee pain, I'm 24 years old it professional and I'm suffering this heel pain from past few months. Currently I'm having T-heal tablet and vitamin D3 tablets and still pain is as it is. Please suggest me how to cure this because it's very painful.
