Bone & Muscle problems

Had an acl+ meniscus reconstruction surgery done on 3feb2018. Its been 7 weeks now since dat.. the range of motion is fine. Got complete extention nd apporx complete flexion too. There is swelling and stiffness in the knee. Just need to ask can /should i start working out again in the gym. And start doing slow cycling and jogginh on treadmill.. some sqats?

I’ve just hit a car and my lower part of my arm ( the one that connects with the hand) got hit really hard and now I’m concerned if it is a broken/ fractured bone. As of now it does not feel like much pain except for a really mild sort of pain shooting through the center

I had a rare form of cartilage that I was told formed tumors in my right ankle at the age of 8. After removing them they decided that the best thing for me would be an ankle fusion. During that fusion they took 4" of my fibia out in 04'. Now 14 years later my ankle is no longer in right position and my heel has moved at least 2" off to the right of my ankle. Now when I walk it feels like I'm walking on fire and pins. Have you Ever heard of removing 4"s of fibia for an ankle fusion?

My mom (57 Yrs old) is diagnosed with High uric acid in Blood which causes joint pain and she sometimes finds it hard to even walk properly. We have tried a few doctors in my home town but nothing seems to be working for her. So please help me understand which department or doctor (like physician or orthopedic) I need to show her to. I am planning to book an appointment in NCR area. Please recommend right Hospital/Doctor I should visit. Some people have told me to visit AIIMS or Medanta Hospital

I am suffering from 2years and many doctor visit but no solutions yet.where is the specialist for back pain on waist.

Upper back pain. shoulder pain in both sides especially left. pain in nwck while moving the head. tingling feeling in both hands especially left arm. pain trying to move up the arms or lift sometimes heavy. Has a fixed position. seems to be aggrevated with exercise or wrong position lying down. l am a pcod patient with high bp, high pulse rate and anxiety and stress issues

I am 45 years old. My knee has gkt stiff. I cannot move my leg and cannot walk properly and cracking sound is coming. I am taking Etova-ER 400 and Enzictra since 5 days. But my knee stiffness has not gone. Kindly help me and in Xray report, the gap between the two bones of knee is less than normal.Just i want to walk properly. Kindly help me to remove stiffness of the knee.
