My 2nd right rib feels little up but It didn't pain and don't have problem in breathing it only feels up

Pains in legs HEAVY PAINS IN BOTTOM OF Knee no other problem like all food in the night pain is more

Hello Doctor, I have Gout problem from the last 10 years and frequency is 3 to 4 times in a year. My job profile is to sit in office for long hours in front of computer. This time it's very painful from the last 10 days. There is severe pain and swelling in my right leg. I'm currently taking the following medicines as per physicians advice. I'm also avoing the restricted food and taking plenty of water, but there is no relief. Intensity of pain of so high that now I can't walk and sleep whole night. 1. Apurtia Max - OD 2. Due to crpl tunel syndrom there is a crackng sound of nervs like one nrve rub other nerve whn i move my thmb up to down and when i move wrist to side downwrd nrve gt pinched nd it give too much pain ao i got injction of steoried day bfor ystrdy now my Crackng sound get fine i get relief but nerve still piched dye to wrist mvmnt so tll when this ok?

I am 22 years and yesterday I consulted doctor about my knee problem she said that there's gap in your knee. It is almost from 6 months.
