I have pralapse disc from one month,can i start play or running eg.cricket .i have little bit pain in my back when i started slowly running

Is surgery possible for the lower ribs bent inwards? The lower ribs suddenly bent inwards on the right side of therib cage of chest. I need some information about this.

My mother was prescribed to take Jointace 1500 table for joint points. Before this, she has been taking tablet for blood pressure.
