Hot fomentation x twice daily. Neck Exercises. Neck Stretching. Postural Correction. Shoulder Shrugs . Core Strengthening Exercises. Take frequent Breaks at work

If a gap is more and ur mother is not able to perform her daily activities without any ones support I will suggest to go for surgery

till that u can continue physiotherapy treatment it will help to make her joint structure strong an relief pain

Knee osteoarthritis is a common phenomenon, starts around the age your mother is at. In case of what other people have suggested has not worked in terms of Physio etc, then an injection into the knee might help improve her quality of life dramatically for a good 6 months to a year. Happy to see her.
