Bone & Muscle problems

I used to play badminton regularly and presently aged 50 years. While getting up in morning it feels too tired in muscular mass & back. Please suggest me a health supplement which is easier to take. I am a vegetarian.regards

I had a surgery on my tight knee as i was treated for Osteochondritis dissecans 5 years back. Since a few days i have been facing some kind of discomfort in my knee. I experience some kind of pain when I straighten my leg or my body weight is transferred on my right knee. There is a mild pain while walking sometimes. When I straighten my leg from bending position I experience high level of pain sometimes for a few seconds.

After wake up in the morning, some time I'm unable to stand up or its quite difficult for me to walk properly. It's like some thing weird is happening to my feet and legs. Litterely I crumble for few steps and then it became normal.

My mother suffering from disc prolapse last 5 months, we consulted neuro surgeon and Ortho they given medicines and some exercises, up to now she is not cured. Drs suggested for surgery , can we proceed for surgery or any other alternative is there to avoid surgery. Some of our relatives saying disc prolapse surgery is heavy surgery please do avoid. If we proceed surgery which is best open surgery or key hole?? Some body telling open is heavy surgery go for key hole?? Please suggest me

Yesterday I had ... felling of shoulder Popping out and going back to it's place..... while playing kabaddi (contact sports)...now I hv my shoulder braces on....the pain I killing me.......wt should I do now...... should I get surgery or..... will it recovery on it's own

Accident happened on 7/3. Operated at su shine hospital Hyderabad, on 9/3. Physiotherapist is coming now for.exercises. Titanium plate has been inserted in shoulder. My mom is diabetic. Operation continued for 4hours. Now she is on rest + physio. How long will it take to get cure. Will it become totally normal?

Hi, I have met with an accident on 8th October,2017 and got Humerus fractured completely on right hand. I have been treated with ORIF surgery. Then I went to clinic for follow ups. On 18th December 2017, slight deviation is noted in my bone. Doctor said this is acceptable and there is no need for reoperation. It's been 5 months right now and there is no visible callus formation on fracture sight from one side but union is visible from one side . Is it malunion or dealyed union or non-union? I have attached my latest x-ray and series of x-ray from date of surgery. I have no restrictions in movement. I have no pain. I have been investigated with low levels of B-12 and D-3. I have taking medications.

My mother is 54 years old. In a family dispute, she got sudden jerks on her left hand & she got wrist fracture Its been four months now. But still there is swelling n she has not got pain in her lower arm and area on the back of shoulder. She is also patient of localized scleroderma. Het wrist has become still and she is not able to rotate the hand. She is doing exercises but no visible effects has been seen yet. Kindly guide.
