Hello, I am suffering from slipped disc between L 4-5 from 2011. But from 5 days, my both legs are paining. ( mainly joints of the legs. ) Please suggest me. what can I do ???

3 days back my knee hot twisted suddenly today still aftr 3 days whole keg is swollen n pain in knee is a lot while walking it gets pain a lot so pls suggest sumthng

My ligaments of the knee is injured but not sure the exact what it is. When i walk its paining. I consult a doctor in bharatpur. He gave me some medicines and knee cap but that's not working for me. This problem has been taken a long time, it seems 2 years back is happened. Is any doctor is here who knows the problem and can heal me.

I got back pain recently and doctor said it should be disc degenarative issue after seeing MRI and xrays. But gave only tablets which is of no use. Pain got relief but it is more about my feelings which i think i got something at my back. And also feeling all my joints paining. Any suggestions what i should do now for joint pains and feeling of pain in back ??
