Prolonged foot sprain
I am 32 year old male. I had an injury/sprain in my right foot 7 months ago. I had that injury when I fall from a scooter. But still I feel pain when I put my body pressure on my injured foot. And also when I walk bare foot and during running. However I do not feel pain during normal walking on shoes. The previous treatment include sprain ointment , hot water treatment. Is it normal ? What should i do?
