I am suffering from knee pain since 1and half year and sometimes​ backache and shoulders pain also and symptoms are swelling in knee and stiffness. Confusion in having  R.A or DJD. I already consult a doctor.he examines physically​ and write DJD in prescription.

3 years ago I had surgery to remove a tumor in the bone of my left knee. It wasn't cancerous, so they said that I should be Okay but to come in 6 months later to see if it was growing again since they didn't know what caused it. I went and they saw nothing on the xray. But now for the last month the same knee has been hurting when I run and badly at night. What is the likelihood that the tumor has started to grow or come back if it wasn't cancerous. I'm in another country and can't go to a doc.

Knee swelling for almost more than 2 weeks.Apply ice once in entire day give bit relax only.But unable to walk properly in day.MD suggested for knee USG which rarely happens here in Kolkata.Found one going on Monday.Till the time suggest what to do??Will orthopedic doctor can treat without report??

I'm on a running program that dictates running four times a week. On Sunday (four days ago), after my run I realized my hamstring was hurting and it has hurt since then when I tried to run or walk up and down stairs. I want to keep up my cardio, so in what ways can I do that without aggravating my strained hamstring? I heard stationary bikes would be good, but I'm worried that will hurt as well.
