Bone & Muscle problems

My age is 59, I had a fracture on metacarpal shaft of my 4&5 finger and had a surgery and installed pin in that and pin not removed yet.. It had been three months but no progress in bone healing... Please guide me

Accidently fell down had selling in side of TOE. Taken X-ray it was diagnosed as blood clot. But still it was same after a month. Little pain on side ways. Need advice.

I have a consistent ankle pain in left foot, unable to walk properly and after walking for a while pain starts near ankle joints. I am a sophomore in high school, and it is currently in the middle of track season. I’ve had shin splints from playing asketball during the summer, but recently they gotten much worse.
