Bone & Muscle problems

My age is 21 years nd i got a pain in my right side knee because of running nd i lossing the stamina day by day becoz of this injury. there is any injection which relief my pain nd maintain my stamina

I have a problem of knock knees. I don't know if it can be corrected or not. Please suggest some exercises that will help me out.

I fell down from a foot height and after that the area around my ankle of left leg had huge swelling. i war barely able to walk with huge pain. but on the very next day the Spain reduced to almost 50 percent . the swelling is reducing slowly and only a bit on ankle and around it is left. it has past 20 days and almost 25 percent of swelling is left. i have been walking almost 5 to 7 kms in this condition with batrely any pain. still i had my ankle x ray yesterday which i have attached photos of. please suggest me whether this is a muscle problem or bone problem. and what precautions do i need to take and do i need to tie any cramp bandages or just passing time can heel it. thanks in advance.

I am 24 years old woman. I suffered miliary tuberculosis right after my MBA exams in 2016 May and the treatment was till February 2017. After my medication I found out that my Vitamin D3 level is only 5 and it should be between 30-100. Its very low and I feel alot of pain in my joints especially knee,back and ankles. Tried taking Calciferol but felt nauseous after every time I took it. What are the recommended exercises and diet I should be on? Also can I still go for jogging? Thanks.

I would like to know that does Ruthmetic Arthrits causes neck and head pain. If it is how to minimise the pain. Please suggest me.

I am suffering from coccydynia from 18 years due to fall back on cement bund tried internal manipulation stretching exercises ultrasound therapy, steroid+numbing agent  injection no major relief can't sit directly on surface immediately pain comes with cushion I can sit for 30mins please reply with what is my coccyx condition &reasons for pain while sitting, what treatments are available other than above symptoms  are pain&squeezing sensation only in coccyx area no radiating pain towards other body parts I have attached my coccyx standing position x-ray and sitting position x-ray

I got in a mid air collision at basketball today and fell down rather awkwardly having someone's weight over me. After a bit of help to the car. There wasnt a popping sound or any pain during the injury. When I tried twisting my knee everything feels fine, putting weight on it and single-leg balancing works too. However, I've trouble bending my knees beyond 90 degrees despite being able to fully straighten it. My muscles start contracting really hard which is slightly uncomfortable when I bend.

When I was bending down to pick up my dogs ball my 90lb dog swung his head up at the same time hitting me upwards on my eyebrow bone. It was swollen for 1 day but now 3 days later it just hurts to touch or when I move my eyebrow area like when you make a supposed face and your eyebrows automatically raise up. Should I get an X-ray done to see if it’s fractured? He hit me so hard that I felt like I had a concussion. It felt like hitting concrete.
