After I met an accident my right hand got fractured and I removed plaster within 10 days as per doctor advice but now I having severe back shoulder and neck pain and also my hand is not performing well unable to lift books up plus a bit stretched feeling is their in hand I have exam from 12th I am feeling helpless

Tendinious Mallet finger after 5 months still its look like crooked Some time it pains at pip joint and the dip is little bent how I will know the finger is healed properly And usually how long it takes finger to heal the doctor said generally bony mallet heals earlier than tendinious one. Are there will be some range of motion defects. The finger was splinted for 6 weeks and after that some light exercise like making fist was recommended by doctor and after 12 weeks I was sent to physio.

I have undergone Achilles tendon raptured surgery 5 weeks before. Currently my leg is in a cast. As per the doctor cast will be removed after 6 weeks. I have searched in net and found that almost everybody who suffer this injury uses a cam walker boot after the cast is removed for some weeks. But my doctor is telling boot isn't required. So I am afraid that if I will start weight bearing with out boot or any support I might re-rupture my Achilles tendon. Please tell if the boot is really necessary or not.

I am having severe back pain ..the pain is in the upper portion of the back...should i consult to a nuerologist or any ortho.the pain has increased from last 1 year

My ESR is 27 , do i need to worry ? I usually have muscles pain , stiffness and feel tiredness and weakness.
