Bone & Muscle problems

I'm in the process of weight loss where I'm taking 18K steps per day (increased to this level gradually.) But after 2 months now, I've got severe foot arch pain which is stopping me to walk atleast small distance. I have flat feet .. Need to know what would have happened and how to overcome this pain

My grandmother have been suffering from arm pain for about 3 weeks but today she is feeling too much pain and she is also the heart patient and diabetes

My mom has very painful leg and it is Swell's up and also pain in veins will seating and walking, full of her left leg is Swell's

I am 37 year old male and i have bowlegs, when i was kid at that times mu legs were ok but as time passes they become bow and my parents never concerned about this and i realised it very late. I got hit by football. Nose bleeding from outside a deep cut and swelling at nose.it is not paining but swelling increasing near eyes.

I am suffering from abdominal pain ,my hands and legs are paining badly and feeling too tierdness and weakness and headache too

My fnac and mri scan report is attached, doctor have told me that to give ice pack and to do leg exercises as shown, is the fnac report have any problem , i am applying ice 5 times a day.pls suggest how to reduce the swelling
