Bone & Muscle problems

I am suffering from neck pain since 10 days I have taken pain killer but it didn't work. What I have to do.

I fell from two wheeler almost 3 years back I got left knee injured , no fracture but swelling and pain were thr for almost 2 months , took treatment , done physiotherapy at tht time swelling and pain reduced but sometimes it used to reccure I m a teacher so I thought may b because of continued standing for long hrs I m getting it , after tht my ankle got twisted while getting down from stairs again the same leg , the ankle also after treatment was ok . But the pain again came back in knee also . Did some treatment physiotherapy but not much use, finally I started avoiding stairs, walking, bending down, sitting down and some how managing my work,one more thing I have varicose veins also in the same leg . Dr suggest me to stop standing for long hrs but my question is whether should I stop  climbing stairs also as it causes increased swelling and pain ?? Or is there any way by which I can continue climbing and can treat this swelling and pain? ?

I am 45 years old. I have stiffness in my knee. I cant walk as my knee does not bend. My blood report is normal. I am taking Altra Day medicine. Can you suggest me some exercise which can reduce swelling and stiffness and atleast i can bend my knee. Please help because now my other knee is also paining because i have to bear the weight on my other leg.

I have seviour lower back pain now. Back bone bottom and right leg. Actually I am having light pain in this area since 1or 2years. But never went worst. But during digestion abnormal it gets more pain. Now I have unusual feeling in right leg . I consulted some doctors and they have given some medicine, Temperley it's working. I am staying at Bangalore, need good but economical treatment..

Sir I am having the problem of knock knees and I have found that my both knees don't have gap between them. As it is not acceptable in Armed Forces.. How can I get them in the right posture. Kindly help me with this.

When I stop taking spasmoproxyvon cap my whole body start paining Im taking 2 cap per day from 4 years Plss help Will i die?

I had a buckle fracture near my wrist few years ago. But, I don't think it has healed properly because from the day the cast was removed, until now, I've been having continuous pain. I got an X Ray done and showed it to a doctor. The doctor said he doesn't see any traces of the fracture. Could you please help me in identifying the problem?
