Dont knw why i have lot of pain in ny ankle bone.. Its so unbearable some time. Dont understand that

Hi.. I had fallen down couple of days back and the rib bone under my left breast is paining since then.. pain is more when I stretch, bend down, or get up.. and also when I touch that bone. Which specialist I shd consult with.

There is pain and swelling in fingers. Fingers have become red. 2 -3 fingers in each hand. Cannot mould fingers.

Mri report findings indicated - 'There is evidence of STIR increased signal intensity noted at calcaneal attachment of fibres of Achilles tendon associated with calcaneal spur', with following impressions- ' Tendinitis changes at calcaneal attachment of fibres of Achilles tendon with spur formation.Rest of the study is essentially normal'. Could you give your valuable guidance regarding what does it mean and whether knee replacement surgery is the only option ahead .

Two weeks ago I fell and hit my head hard on the edge of a sink. At the time I decided not to go to the doctor because I felt like it wasn't very serious. But then a day later the area was swollen and it hurt to even lightly tap it. The pain went away in about a week but now I'm starting to get sharp pains in the same area and it's starting to concern me. What might be the cause?
