Bilateral leg pain
My mother is having bilateral leg pain almost everyday and her age is 47 and she is taking psychiatric medications since 17 years. Why she is having this problem? Is it due to calcium deficiency r any other cause

Avoid Squatting- Avoid sitting Cross legged Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

Probably problem in the back kindly do consult a ortho doctor and have a Xray done if so followed by a physiotherapist who will do excellent job n relieving ur mother pain
