Pain in legs nd bones

Asked for Female, 23 Years

My wife is suffering from legs pain .at night when se sleeps she ties her legs with piece of clothe and shes taking acelofnac medince and anti inflamerty medicime comtaing salt .sugges me what to do sir.how can i help my wife .doctors which i visited give lots of pain killer but not permanent solution m seing sir
