From last month, I'm having lower back pain. It was gone for some days but It returned now and pain fluctuates. It all started from Right leg t hen lower back. I never had any issues with my back before. I do night shifts and I think when I sit in cab, It emerges. Please let me know treatment for the same.

My mother's leg and arms become so much weak now is she walk 100 meters her leg has so much pain and can't stand continuous. also she start shivering if stand for while..i feel her leg and arms become so weak.

The problem got started Day before yesterday night and Am feeling the pain from that minute but I can feel the pain as been reducing slowly. Actually I tried to jump from an terrace to the floor which was having an 8ft difference . When I jumped 1st I placed my left leg ankle ,so it got swear pain from that moment . And my circle of friends explained that it would be just an air line fracture or muscle tear . May I know the clear fact and am just taking an bed rest from the day ,Is that enough as an medication.

From the last 1 year suffering from acute back pain, neck and shoulder pain. Checked in MRI Scan, An earlier stage of cervical pain. Want to have second opinion fpr the same.

While doing excercise muscle got catched in right side and paining from two days I can't bend properly

Trying to take more rest and see if it works out ... then will be able to take decision for further treatment!

Got a hit on my toe fifth finger, while playing Football. Can you please check the Xray attached and advise if there is really a fracture.

I am 16 y.o and 5 feet 6 inches tall. The problem is my height is increasing at a snail's pace. My target is to atleast reach 5 feet 10 inches. Please suggest some exercises, sports/games, activities which will help me. Also suggest some diet related tips.
