My leg twisted yesterday as I fell from the stairs. Now I am able to walk but my leg has got swelling and it is paining

I had a big lump on my chest and was sent for an X-ray. To me it looks like I’ve got a fracture on my sternum but my doctor has been away and I can’t grt another doctor to look at it. Curious for an opinion. Can obviously provide photo of scan

This is pankaj kumar. I am a chef(cook) in a hotel.I have Pain in only right leg keen and both leg hill since 20 days before. I had checked my uric acid that is 6.85 and i had also check blood sugar that is 104. After that i am not consuming protein food. But still i have pain.

Almost a week ago, I put my left foot on my sofa and my right knee then buckled. I caught myself by falling onto the sofa. It didn't hurt much but started swelling about 1 hour later. I was able to walk but it was difficult to maintain balance and I've been using a knee brace and the RICE method since then. The swelling and pain is almost gone but I've noticed that the left side of my knee moves to the right when I walk and makes it seem like it will buckle again. Do you think I tore a ligament?
