Runing after broken toe
Doctor this is my 6 week x Ray after broken toe is my toe healed next month i had to go for one year departmental police training I'm nervous shall i run and jump on it please suggest me some good medicine now I can walk and with limbness

In x-rays fracture is still visible, if there is no pian locally, then probably your fracture has healed clinically,  you can start walking or running .

It is healed now. U can go next month but before that u start some strengthening exercises n balance training of feet. So that it will not b difficult for u to join ur duty. Also visit to the Physiotherapist in ur area.he /she can guide u the better for improvement.
