Fracture - Proximal Phalanx little toe
I got fracture in Proximal Phalanx of little toe, is complete bed rest is required, and if required than for how many days. At present i am not allowed to move at all. Please Advice - Thanks in Advance for your opinion

Need to see the X-ray. If the Fracture is undisplaced it can be conserved in Buddy's strapping. U don't need complete bed rest. U can walk with a walker for 2 weeks and can walk on the affected heel afterwards for another 2 weeks.
