Can i increase bone thickness to gain height and weight after 26 age. what are the ways available to do so. is it advisable to people with degenerative changes in spine.

There is nothing called bone density increase we can just check the present density of ur bone and protect it u need to take calcium tablet and have more of calcium intake in food Becoz at ur age of 26 it may be ur gene in ur family members that’s all
