Chondromalacia
Hi, I am 28 years old guy. I am facing with chondromalacia problem. My Ortho doctor prescribed a medicine and asked me to sincerely do quadraceps exercises daily as directed by his physiotherapist. And I am following it very sincerely and I am also wearing Knee cap regularly. He asked me to meet him after 40 days. What if my problem still exists? Will this problem be there for lifelong?

Hai , the problem for u will be there but it just a knee join problem why ur worrying a lot manage it with a good Physio and do exercises being taught
