Unable to sit continuously for 2 3 hours
I am having severe back pain ..the pain is in the upper portion of the back...should i consult to a nuerologist or any ortho.the pain has increased from last 1 year

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.

Hai what is the reason for ur back pain at this young age do u drive a bike for a longer period of time what make u to get pain and when ur relieved of without knowing any exact problem it can’t be discussed easily here gentle hot water fermentation and applying a volini gel and take rest
