For ACL n MCL ligament tear
Respected sir, I met with an accident they before yesterday an got partial ligament tear ACL, N complete tear Of MCL, doctor suggested for surgery can't it be cured through physiotherapy or some other measures apart from surgery? Kindly suggest me the better options sir

For MCL, conservative treatment first with immobiliser for 4-6 weeks. This will be good time for ACL to heal if it has to. If pain and instability persists then go for surgery for ACL.
