Bone & Muscle problems

I had a fall one year back and was having pain since then.. now when examined, detected that I am having meniscal tear and have to do arthroscopy. May I know whether this can be cured with Ayurvedic treatment?

I have vit d deficiency..its 4.69 But doctor suggested only medicines Can only medicines help or should i take injections ??

I met with an knee injury 9 months back. After that I went to physiotherapist and the knee was fine after that. But 2 months back again I came across with the same injury, so took decision of getting MRI. So the report says, 1. Osteochondral injury stage-II at lateral condyle of femur(cartilage injury associated with subchondral fracture). 2. Partial thickness tear at proximal and mid fibres of anterior cruciate ligament with diffuse edema. So whether I have to go for surgery? Menisci-normal

Hi Madam/sir I got opt radius and ulna on 22 nov 17.  From last week of feb I m getting yellow discharge at wrist. Last week I meet a doctor but he told me to wash with shop and water and  keep it dry.i am attaching pics of hand. Please tell me good suggestion for the same.

He has left hand joint pain & also muscles pain for neck as well as left hand. Please advise on it. Day by day pain is increasing.

Last Tuesday I got bike accident i.e.on 20/3/18.upper part of the foot i.e between fingers and ankle got injury.There was bleeding, after coming hospital doctor stitched and sent me now it is swelling but no pain.wound part is already dried.can I cut the Stitch.what to do.please give advice.

After two days of pain, i got an X-Ray and the doctor perform a throat endoscopy and nothing appeared ‏I feel that I had a terrible pain in my all throat and neck and I feel that it still exist ,i feel that there is somthing painful at the top in my throat ‏Is it possible that the bone is still present and not visible??

I have severe knee pain especially during midnight from around 2 am to 4am and too much of tiredness. Even my elbow joint of my right hand aches continuously. Please help.

Hi Team, 8 months ago on 9 september my foot ankle broken from 3 parts fallen from top of the floor.My orthopedic  consultant Dr caste plaster for three months .After three months removal of caste my foot is continuously Swelling .Dr told a little bit thickness is increased.He prescribed medicines but it happens to 5 months there is nothing relief from Swelling.I have done foot massage with hot and cold water simultaneously.But not getting any relief.Can anyone suggest exactly what is happening and how will I recover and get relief from this.Thanks
