Bone & Muscle problems

I'm siting long time i.e. 12 hr. last 1 year i'm feeling knee joint pain sometimes.But after siting only 15 to 30 mins then when i gonna stand up i cant, my legs becomes paralized so that i cant stand properly for 2-3 mins even after siting short-term , this is very irritating me around people , also my legs ( toe to thigh ) becomes vibrating i.e. zing zing . what to do plz help with any exercise or foods or medicine ?

My right shoulder had been anterior dislocation before 18 days i am in cosult wih the doctor but my right hand three fingers are stiffed .kindly suggest me

I’ve had a painful shoulder for two weeks since I hurt it playing sport, I thought it would just be a minor injury and would get better but it’s getting worse, including more pain and a lot worse bruising, the pain is when I move it, when I touch it or anything like that

I have a pain on my leg since I was a kid. Very sharp pain. When I was a kid, the pain was just on my leg, no it's gone to my knees, both my legs have the same pain, but not always together. Sometimes one hurts, sometimes the other, sometimes both. When I was a kid I made rheumatoid exams and it was all clear. The pain gets worse when I'm not moving, when it's cold or windy, it hurts my articulations, knees, hips, gets better with painkillers, massage and hot/warm water. What could this be?

When I run I feel so much pain in my leg.  I have to run daily in the race. The pain is in the bone down the knees and up to my ankles.

I have a bone spur my elbow, So painful if this recomended by removal how much it will cost the surgery its been 7 years of being like this, i just want to know how much it will cost thank you so much.

After second scissorian delivery in Aug 2017 two legs are sensless to walk.I did yoga and take aurvedic medicine but there is no improvement till date.You are requested to give suggestions for speedy recovery of my normal life please.
